Hi Joyce, you can freeze them! I would recommend flash freezing them for about 30 minutes on a cookie sheet and then wrapping them individually in saran wrap. Then place them in a a freezer safe container and freeze for up to 3 months. I would unwrap them before thawing them on a cookie sheet in the fridge overnight. Otherwise, you run a big risk of the frosting becoming all messed up and squished.

Hi Denise! Sure you could! If you want to do that method, it may be better (less messy) to frost them after cutting them with a cookie cutter shape.
