Hi Tyler! Sure they can, just will need a shorter bake time depending on the size you make them. I’d start checking in on them around 8 minutes, it’s better to be early than too late!

Hi Daniela, I have not tried it personally so sadly I cannot answer for sure. However, I can tell you that I have used Pamela’s gluten free 1:1 flour mix in the past with great success when having friends over who cannot have regular flour. If you try it, please come back and let us all know how it turns out!

Hi Daniela! So glad you enjoyed it! Yes you can absolutely keep the frosting. Store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, then let it soften at room temperature and re-beat it to use again. I press plastic wrap against the top of the frosting to keep air from touching it as it will make it form a crust.
