Hi Alissa! Did you make sure to puree it well until smooth? It can separate in the fridge after chilling, but a quick shake should bring it right back together.

You can use either, it’s up to your personal preference. Traditionally white rum is used, but many people like to use a spiced rum.

Because someone made a mistake when updating the recipe! It makes 25 pieces of fudge – or you can use 16 hearts and make 16 larger pieces of fudge. Up to you! 🙂
