This recipe was very good after cooking it. Not quite as thick and creamy like Olive Garden. That was until we reheated the leftovers the next day. Oh wow, it was spot on and even better! I’ve made this for my family a second time and the results were the same. The next day is was way better. Now I make it the night before and we enjoy it the next day. In fact I am making another pot tonight. This recipe is fantastic and my family love’s when I make this soup. Thank you for this delicious recipe.
