Yes! Just wrap them up tightly on a plate and store them in the fridge.

I cooked the frozen chicken on low with avocado oil, pepper and seasoned salt covered it until it was soft to shredded it.
I didn’t have the chipotle sauce so I added my own sauce, instead of powder garlic I used a fresh clove of garlic shredded. I mixed everything and prepared the tacos. I sprayed the avocado oil on the tray then on top of the tacos. I cooked them at 400 for 10 minutes then I flipped them and cook them for 5 minutes. I served them with sour cream, black beans and cilantro. They came out great! Thank you for the recipe.

Sure! I would recommend wrapping them tightly with saran wrap and then storing them in an ziploc freezer bag. That way they stay rolled tight and don’t get freezer burned. Then transfer them to the fridge (leave them all wrapped up) 24 hours before cooking them to give them time to thaw!

I just made a batch for the second time. They are so delicious! Definitely have to heat the tortillas. I did 40 sec on high with a wet paper towel in plastic wrap. Nice and pliable.
Was wondering if I could freeze these and cook them for a Super Bowl party? I haven’t cooked them yet in the air fryer.

I cooked the chicken with a combination of chili powder and smoked paprika. I added a little chicken bouillon to the mix with the cream cheese and substituted salsa for the chipotle sauce. Adding the Mexican crema and queso fresco was so yummy!!

Ah! So sorry, thank you for catching that! Add the shredded cheese with the filling into each tortilla and roll them up. I have updated the recipe as well!

Hi Cee! I’m sorry to hear that! Corn tortillas can be hard to fill and they will crack if they haven’t been microwaved or warmed up a little. Did you warm them up before filling them? After only 5 minutes, they definitely shouldn’t be black? Does your air fryer run extra hot?
