This recipe is the best muffin recipe I have found! I made them a couple of weeks ago and gave some to my daughter. She took them to work and they were scarfed down. One of her coworkers kept raving and raving about them and finally asked my daughter if I could make some for her. So I made a batch for her today. Yum yum!!

Tasted great – my husband tells me every time he’s had one that “these are really good”! I used a regular size muffin tin and also filled a few jumbo muffin cups. Thanks for the recipe!

Hi Lori, I haven’t tried making muffins in an air fryer yet, but from my experience I would worry it would make the tops crispy. So if you try it, I’d lower the heat and cover the muffins with foil to try to protect the tops.
