You can make it ahead and reheat it, or you can prepare it a day ahead and then bake it the day of. And I think it would be amazing with some salted caramel ice cream!

Yes! In a water bath in the oven! So you put the bread pudding in a pan. Then put that pan into another pan with water around it!
